IT Technician

Experience required

1. Product basics: IP or Network equipment experience and knowledge required.
2. Architecture: LLD and Network Diagram experience is required.
3. Troubleshooting skills: Be able to perform maintenance on fiber loss and Cat6 cables, and patching.
4. Familiarity with Maintenance & Rectification services: Document control and processes, checking of configuration data, and backup data.
5. Good communication skills: End user / Customer facing skills are required and must be a team player.
