IT Technical Support

1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT support (troubleshooting email and computer issues), including software installation, PC, internet, and copier machine maintenance.
• Maintain the company’s network and firewall.
• Keep updated records for company desktops, laptops, IT software, and related property.
• Liaise with software providers to update company ERP software and manage other software integration and maintenance.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of company IT-related assets.
• Act as an administrator of the software and mentor staff in using the IT system.
• Assist in drafting and submitting IT reports and related data summary reports, such as purchase and sales information.
• Assist in ISO document preparation and participate in audits.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Good software knowledge and ERP database management skills are required.
• Bilingual.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
