Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide IT support at customer premises
  2. Provide technical assistance to users, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  3. Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot computer hardware, software, network, and peripherals
  4. Onsite data centre server parts replacement, such as CPU, motherboard, NIC card, RAID card, RAM, Disk.
  5. Liaise with customer and manufacturer.
  6. Tracking and management of IT inventory
  7. Maintain accurate records of support activities, resolutions, and system configurations.
  8. Work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to IT projects.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  2. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks)
  3. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
