24x7 Microsoft365 Global Support Engineer for Japanese Client (Tier 1-2)

  • Support End-user directly with Email / Phone
  • Manage and operation of Microsoft 365 Cloud Service
  • Manage and operation of Active Directory
  • Support of Windows and mobile device
  • Enquiry and Troubleshooting Support
  • Escalation Support to other teams
  • License Inventory Management
  • Incident Ticket Management and Reporting
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English/Japanese/Chinese
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 design and build
  • Knowledge and experience of Active Directory design and build
  • Knowledge and experience of PowerShell Script
  • Knowledge and experience of Ticket Management System
  • Advanced IT infrastructure troubleshooting skill
  • Excel database skill
  • Shift work at Office (Total 160-180H per month, no hybrid work)
  • Sometimes need to work Night Shift (7pm-7am)
