24x7 Microsoft365 Global Support Engineer for Japanese Client (Tier 1-2)
Support End-user directly with Email / Phone
Manage and operation of Microsoft 365 Cloud Service
Manage and operation of Active Directory
Support of Windows and mobile device
Enquiry and Troubleshooting Support
Escalation Support to other teams
License Inventory Management
Incident Ticket Management and Reporting
Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience
Fluent spoken and written English/Japanese/Chinese
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 design and build
Knowledge and experience of Active Directory design and build
Knowledge and experience of PowerShell Script
Knowledge and experience of Ticket Management System
Advanced IT infrastructure troubleshooting skill
Excel database skill
Shift work at Office (Total 160-180H per month, no hybrid work)
Sometimes need to work Night Shift (7pm-7am)
