IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Job description

We seek a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team at NEX VENTURE in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and assistance ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals
3. Responding to IT-related queries and requests in a timely and effective manner
4. Monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
5. Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
6. Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and tools
7. Collaborating with the broader IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
