Job description

Job Description

  • Provide adhoc technical support on a daily basis;
  • Oversee the implementation of custom mobile applications;
  • Set up and maintain servers;
  • Procure and record company IT assets;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role;
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications, and other tech products (including maintenance of CPU set);
  • Familiarity with infrastructure set-up, server/firewall set-up, administration of server and domain (including domain migration);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus);
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
