Provide adhoc technical support on a daily basis;
Oversee the implementation of custom mobile applications;
Set up and maintain servers;
Procure and record company IT assets;
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role;
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications, and other tech products (including maintenance of CPU set);
Familiarity with infrastructure set-up, server/firewall set-up, administration of server and domain (including domain migration);
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus);
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
