Job description

Job Description

  1. Provide IT support to end users, mainly in desk-side system support or 1st level application system support to multiple sites in Singapore.
  2. Work closely with users and vendors to test and deliver system enhancements or mini-projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  3. Log, track, and execute issues to completion.
  4. Coordinate project meetings, document meeting minutes, track and follow up on tasks to completion, and liaise with vendors and users to resolve issues.
  5. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications, and other related equipment and devices.
  6. Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops/printers), and software license monitoring.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Information Technology, equivalent or higher.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support to the end-user community.
