Job Purpose:
Deliver responsive and reliable tech support to ensure smooth daily operations for all users.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical support to users across various software, hardware, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on desktops, laptops, and client applications.
Track and update service requests, ensuring clear communication with users and teams.
Support account setups, password resets, and system access for new and existing staff.
Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment replacement, and project rollouts or upgrades.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk-related environments.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting of common tools.
Some understanding of networks and servers is a plus but not essential.
Strong communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
