Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
JK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 1 support to the IT team
* Assist with Level 2 IT-related matters and work with vendors on issues
* Maintain IT peripherals, including backup and recovery
* Set up and install or migrate IT peripherals
* Relocate IT peripherals within premises
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Administer user profiles
* Provide IT support for onboarding and offboarding of staff
* Install and configure software according to customer standards

Requirements:

* Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT or equivalent
* At least 1-2 years of working experience in the IT field
* User support experience is preferred
* Good customer service skills, communication skills, team player, and ability to take initiative
* Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm (Mon to Fri)
