Key Responsibilities

1. Setup and configure computers and laptops for users
2. Install and troubleshoot software applications and hardware peripherals
3. Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and efficiency
5. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

Requirements

1. Diploma in Information Technology or related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
