At least 5 years of IT Support experience as an individual contributor supporting at least more than 200 users.
Must have strong hardware support experience (such as video conferencing tools, printers, switches, alarm system, etc.) and willing to go above and beyond to provide support to end users.
Strong communications skills and able to manage various types of senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage IT support across the APJ region, focusing on frontline user support for desktops, laptops, applications, mobile devices, and related technologies. You’ll handle tasks such as responding to inquiries, managing user assets, setting up accounts and access for new hires, and deploying computers and systems.
Job Description:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and network issues.
- Manage support tickets within SLAs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Install and set up laptops, printers, phones, OS, and applications.
- Image computers using SCCM/JAMF/MDM tools.
- Maintain Active Directory and provide Office 365/corporate software support.
- Support the rollout of new applications and hardware.
- Repair and maintain equipment as needed.
- Serve as the security liaison for the Singapore office, ensuring compliance with company security policies.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of helpdesk support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office products, Mac OS, and Mac management.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange administration, and remote support tools.
- Strong relationship management with APJ stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven ability to handle support requests while managing other priorities.
- Team player with a global mindset.
- Able to work independently and adapt to flexible hours.
