IT Support (Microsoft Account Management & Products)
Responsibilities:
- Provide level support by managing tickets and resolving issues accordingly.
- Understand and apply the Service Support Matrix and the severity of service levels to resolve issues.
- Handle user inquiries, create and delete accounts, and manage access permissions.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT support.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Exchange is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work independently.
