Requirements:
Degree in IT/Cyber Security or equivalent.
Certified in CompTIA A+, Azure Admin, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA, ITIL, ScrumMaster, or Six Sigma.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or management, resolving issues in software, hardware, networking, and cloud environments.
Proficient in OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), Networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Helpdesk (Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM (Salesforce), and Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog).
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or similar.
