IT Support Helpdesk (Shipping Ind, up to $3200)

Job Description:

• Location: Town, will need to go on vessel
• Salary: up to $3200
• Candidate without working experience will be considered, training will be provided

Job Responsibilities

• Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
• Support and resolve in-house end users and vessel IT technical issues
• Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
• Perform software updates
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT related field
• 2-3 years of IT support experience
• Preferably with some Vessel IT support experience
• Willing to work OT and board the vessel
