IT Support Executive (Windows 10 / 11, Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized troubleshooting and technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Identify and resolve intricate issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and implement proactive solutions to prevent future disruptions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address issues requiring advanced expertise.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of IT Support experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting.
• Skilled in Windows OS (versions 10/11), basic networking, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

Salary: $4,800 to $6,000
