Location: West Region (Healthcare Environment)

Length of contract: 12 Months (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

  • Install and configure hardware and software applications.

  • Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.

  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.

  • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.

  • Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues.

  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team.

  • Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs effectively.

  • Experience in providing technical support and training to users.

  • Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.
