Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Install and configure hardware and software applications.
Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team.
Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs effectively.
Experience in providing technical support and training to users.
Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.
