Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: 5.25 days (M-F, 8.30 am-5.00 pm; Alternative Sat, 8.30 am-1 pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Mobile Allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of HQ IT equipment and software.
Handle hardware maintenance needs, coordinate with vendors for repairs/upgrades, dispose of obsolete hardware, and manage hardware consumables.
Provide "HelpDesk" support to users and escalate issues to vendors/consultants if necessary.
Support team members with IT service operations within the Group.
Coordinate all IT-related purchases within the company, working with end-users and department heads.
Maintain and update IT hardware and software inventory.
Perform IT-related duties and projects as assigned by the Group IT GM.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Energetic and willing to work offsite for outdoor projects.
Good skills in liaising and following up with vendors and users both onsite and offsite.
Basic understanding of IT hardware and software applications like PCs, Printers, MFP, and corporate software such as Emails, ERP, etc.
