Job description
  • On-site Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    Deliver on-site support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of ICT hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, conferencing tools, network switches, NAS devices, NVR systems, and more.

  • IT Peripherals Management:
    Coordinate the relocation and reconfiguration of IT peripherals within different rooms of the same building, ensuring optimal system performance and setup alignment.

  • SaaS Management:
    Administer and maintain various SaaS platforms such as Office 365, Zoom, and other cross-platform applications. Track usage and billing, ensure uninterrupted service, and promptly address any user issues or concerns.

  • Support for Employee Transitions:
    Provide end-to-end IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up email accounts, VPN access, printer connections, and Remote Desktop configurations to ensure seamless transitions for both incoming and outgoing staff.

  • Vendor and Internal Liaison:
    Act as the bridge between the local team and China HQ IT department, facilitating feature requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of any technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the IT field.

  • Solid knowledge of leading ICT equipment brands, with hands-on experience in on-site maintenance of PCs, switches, servers, and related hardware.

  • Familiarity with major SaaS platforms and a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.

  • Proficient in providing IT support, with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation.
