IT Support Engineer - End User Environment/ Normal Working Schedule

Desktop Support:

• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Maintain and monitor endpoint devices for optimal performance and reliability.

IT Security (Basic/ Secondary):

• Assist in the deployment and management of endpoint security solutions (e.g., antivirus, DLP, EDR).
• Perform regular patch management for operating systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS) and IT asset management tools.
