As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT Support to end-users
  • Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
  • Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance and software license monitoring
  • Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
  • Manage IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
  • Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies

Requirements:

  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community
  • Has a passion or keen interest in Healthcare/ Community Services or Education industry
  • Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support levels
