Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in mainly OS patching activities (training will be provided)
  • Provide end user support for desktop computers, notebooks, printers, applications, basic networking, etc.
  • Deployment, configuration & troubleshooting on end user issues
  • Evaluate existing end user computing resources
  • Work with IT infrastructure team and external vendors to resolve user issue
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of end user computing resources
  • Update Desktop Support operations & service desk documentation
  • Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations
  • Manage and administer the service desk operations including coordination routing of service or change request
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Able to commit for 1 year at least
  • Possess a Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Proficient with desktop operation systems, MS Office, Outlook, desktop, notebook hardware & software
  • Experience in supporting desktop migration such as Active Directory and Exchange Migration will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Service Desk operations, incident, service request and change management process
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Resourceful, analytical and good problem-solving skills

Summary of Role Requirements:

  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Work visa can be provided for this role
  • Expected start date for role: 01 October 2024
  • Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,500 per month
