Provide L1 to L2 support for infrastructure, network, and internal systems. Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
Provide on-call, 24x7 support for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
Act as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing issues with computers, printers, and other IT systems.
Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years desk-side support services.
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Strong Analytic/Troubleshooting Skills.
Strong understanding of MS Windows Operating Systems.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications.
Strong Customer Support Skills.
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and compute/storage.
