As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT Support to end-users
Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance and software license monitoring
Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation
Manage IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts
Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community
Has a passion or keen interest in Healthcare/ Community Services or Education industry
Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support levels
