Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system to provide quick assistance.
  • Solve technical problems reported by users using troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, or network issues.
  • Work with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Meet SLAs for response times and resolutions, ensuring requests are handled on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, troubleshooting, and key protocols like TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Comfortable to work 24x7 standby shifts.
