Act as the TL in corporate-level service delivery projects/development projects, and take the lead in technical work of IT services in service business scenarios such as complex system integration of product families, system O&M, learning services, and service solution development.
Responsible to achieve delivery service objectives such as baselines, efficiency, costs, quality, or competitiveness; summarize cases and service requirements; guide and cultivate lower-level employees to improve their capabilities.
Responsible as a Technical SME position for enterprise IT products, post-sales support and IT solution reviewing. Take the lead in making technical breakthroughs, technical innovations, locating major issues, etc. for a service product of the IT technology domain.
Responsible to output replicable success experience for local office/channel partner/key account customers. Through effective architecture design and solution design, improve the service efficiency and business quality of the professional domain, meet the baseline and competitiveness requirements, and ensure the achievement of service operation targets. Lead the technical competitiveness of the professional domain to reach the industry-leading level.
Require to work as a team with either regional/HQ in China or local team.
Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned.
Require to be able to present technical solution professionally and have technical training for local channel partners and customers.
To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team.
Job Requirements:
Tertiary qualification, B. SC in computer science/engineering/telecommunication with distinction. Redhat RHCE or Huawei HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or other IT certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of working experience for IT production designing and delivery and maintenance (Proficient in x86 server, SAN/NAS Storage, Virtualization(VMWare), windows series operation system, linux/unix system), with a preference for experience in leading or managing a storage team.
Preferable with IT post-sales experience in FSI and Government sectors.
Skills required: IT technology such as x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage architecture, data protect, DC disaster recovery, data migration.
Internal and external communication and influence: able to communicate with the corresponding level of customers, and influence decision-making.
Knowledge of OpenStack architecture, Oracle or DB database would be an added advantage.
Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies.
The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
