IT Project Support

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee IT projects (such as SharePoint and eGIRO) to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and manage project milestones.
• Lead development of new software applications (including banking systems), handling requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ensure software and systems quality, meeting all organizational standards for functionality and performance.
• Evaluate departmental work plans to identify and implement improvements.
• Prepare detailed progress reports on projects, department metrics, and other relevant data.
• Determine necessary departmental reports and ensure they are submitted accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess technology needs and ensure IT projects align with business goals.
• Explore and implement new technologies to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify technological improvement opportunities and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure IT compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Document projects and change management processes thoroughly to maintain transparency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Around 2 years of experience in IT project management and software development
• Experience in developing and deploying software applications, specifically in banking/financial sector
• Experience with database management systems
