Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• BTP (SAP Business Technical Platform) / Digital Solutions / System Integrations / eCommerce, AI Application Projects: Drive and rollout the digital solutions/projects.
• Requirement Gathering: Communicate with various business departments to collect and document requirements.
• Data Management: Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and annotation tasks, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and best practices for data handling and IT security.
• Technical Implementation: Understand the system integration method (API, EDI, etc.). Support to design and implement the integration architecture/data structure between Cloud-based systems (eCommerce, middleware, external customer system) and backbone systems (ERP or non-ERP system on-premises).
• Collaborative Projects: Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities within the team. Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. Update and manage the project management related tools (Jira, Docupedia, TEAMS channel, etc.).

Qualifications

• API Design and Build: Knowledge of API technical categories in the market and how to use them in the O2C area. Experience designing O2C related APIs or other area APIs. Ability to use tools in the market (Postman, Swagger) to verify and test new design APIs is a plus.
• SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of O2C processes in SAP (R/3, S/4), expertise in order entry part enhancement (API ordering/simulation, Pricing, Scheduling, ATP, copy control, etc.).
• Project Management: Knowledge of project methodology both waterfall and agile. High experience with agile approach projects. High experience using agile PM tools like (JIRA, Docupedia, HP ALM). Strong skills in project documentation. Experience in auto-testing for projects is a plus.
• BTP and Other System Integration Knowledge: Design, development, and project implementation for solutions and tools developed in BTP.
• UI/UX: Knowledge of UI/UX design for customer front-end. Experience in UI/UX design for products used by external and internal customers, delivering UI mock-ups. Expertise in using UI tools (Figma, etc.). Mobility UI/UX design experience is a plus.
• Software Development: High affinity for IT and software design and development.
• System Architecture Knowledge: Experience in cloud solutions such as MS Azure, SAP Cloud, or AWS. Knowledge of cloud-related data security concepts is a plus.
• AI Related Knowledge: Understanding the concept of popular market AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard), experience in prompt engineering or expertise in prompts is a plus.
• Analytical Knowledge: Experience with Power BI, KNIME, and Python.
