Job Description:
· Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs;
· Maintain IT equipment asset movement
· Provide IT assistance and user training;
· Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all IT information;
· Complies with companywide policies and procedures.
· Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.
· Perform basic software, portals and application support such as user accounts administration, application updates and upgrades and user training and guides on how to use.
· Provides first line support for IT needs on events, trainings and troubleshooting and technical support.
· Manages IT and Helpdesk email for urgent requests for support
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
· Basic knowledge of IT equipment, troubleshooting, and user support.
· Familiarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination is a plus.
