IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a talented IT Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of various nationwide applications while ensuring the seamless execution of IT projects.

• Assist in overseeing end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, ensuring regular status reports for the project manager.
• Participate in key project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation.
• Maintain and organise all project-related documents including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes of meetings.
• Create project plans, facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of project reports and documentation.
• Handle reports and documentation, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination.
• Respond promptly to production emergencies, performing routine system checks, troubleshooting issues with relevant teams, and ensuring all problems are resolved and documented.
• Assist users with system queries, coordinating with helpdesk agents, end-users, and external vendors to support operations and resolve application issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, from documentation to troubleshooting and project execution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Admin/Project Coordinator/Project Executive.
• Knowledge of software development and web technologies (Prior exposure or involvement in SDLC will be an added advantage).
• Proficient in stakeholder management, quality control support, and change request management.
