IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Coordinator with expertise in data center server migration and vendor management to lead critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management for data center server migration initiatives, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes with minimal impact on operations.
4. Manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
5. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges or risks proactively.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to validate the readiness of server hardware, software, and networks for migration.
8. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and post-migration reviews.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management and vendor engagement processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Min. diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT project management, with at least 1 year of experience in data center server migration projects.
3. Good understanding of server infrastructure, virtualization, and data center operations.
4. Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance tracking.
5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and methodologies.
6. Open for 1 year contract assignment. This is a one year contract.
