Looking to hire for an IT Outsourcing Manager for one of the financial services firms based in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing the organisation's Technology outsourcing and vendor management strategy. This role oversees the entire vendor life cycle from selection and negotiation to performance management and contract termination, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost optimisation.

As the IT Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and supporting Technology project managers in performing due diligence on third-party service agreements.
• Managing vendor onboarding and contract engagement processes including service classification, risk assessments, and material checks.
• Maintaining a central register and contract repository for the Technology department.
• Liaising with stakeholders, vendors, Project/Program managers, and Legal/Compliance departments, in reviewing clauses of new contracts on legal and commercial terms.
• Establishing procurement processes and guidelines for the Technology department, including RFP and tendering processes.
• Promoting centralisation initiatives across different teams within the region to optimise resource utilisation and improve process efficiencies.

The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of working experience in relevant mid to large scale institutions. An appreciation of MAS's guidelines for outsourcing, Tech Risk Management, and Third Party Risk is essential. Experience in managing/handling overseas branches contracts is a plus.
