IT Operations Project Manager

Our client is a leading top Asian air hub and highly acclaimed global airport!

They handle critical tasks such as airport operations, air hub development, retail/commercial activities, infrastructure development, and airport emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with various stakeholders including teams within and outside the organization, to efficiently handle and resolve technical issues.
2. Develop technical solutions and KPIs in partnership with internal and external technical groups.
3. Ensure projects are managed effectively, meeting all technical, functional, and business requirements.
4. Continuously improve business and IT processes through evaluation and enhancement.
5. Handle project delivery aspects such as coordination, on-site supervision, and permit applications.
6. Oversee IT operations, maintenance, and compliance of IT systems adhering to industry best practices.

Experience Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Preference for certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management.
3. Knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is advantageous.
4. At least two years of relevant technical experience.
5. Strong skills in data analysis and project management.
6. Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral, with the skill to present solutions effectively.
7. A proactive approach, with a keen eye for identifying and solving problems.
8. Self-driven and committed to achieving excellence.
