IT Operation Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations team L2, Service Desk to ensure delivery of high-quality services to users.
• Drive IT Operational Excellence to ensure business satisfaction with SE Digital services and solutions.
• Ensure IT performance metrics, KPIs/SLA are on target and identify/drive areas for improvement.
• Support and enable business objectives through IT projects and programs.
• Own and drive IT projects with cross-functional teams both globally and locally.
• Drive IT Operation Innovation - new technologies, process enhancement, automation, and process simplification.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and IT trends; make recommendations for new technology adoption as needed (e.g., RPA, AI).
• Provide insights on new technology developments and their potential impact on business strategy.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA improvement activities across multiple technology domains, products, and business areas.
• Escalate issues to tier 3 as needed.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders; manage business requirements and capabilities.
• Manage hardware and software asset management.
• Coordinate DR plans and execution.
• Oversee audit and security compliance management with company policies.
• Assess information security incidents and handle user queries.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Work and manage third-party vendor suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 5 years of related IT support experience, including experience leading a team of IT professionals.
• Experience in IT infrastructure operations with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Project management skills and experience leading IT projects.
• Deep understanding of end-user support.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with regional and global teams.
• Good analytical skills, strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adjust to unforeseen challenges and think independently to achieve goal resolution.
