IT MANAGER (Cyber Security/Azure Active Directory/IT infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure for both shore and sea-based assets, handle user hardware and software issues, manage software installations, connectivity, and incident resolutions, and administer company IT policies and assets.
• Cyber Security: Implement and manage cybersecurity policies, monitor systems for vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and ensure compliance with security audits.
• Data Management: Collaborate with the Data team to enforce data governance, protection, and backup policies across all systems.
• People Management: Lead the IT team, manage schedules and training, support performance appraisals, and coordinate with other departments to support operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Expertise in managing M365 Business Suite, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Servers, and security tools.
• Experience in deploying and supporting devices across locations, managing vendors, and handling equipment procurement and sales.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and device management (Windows, Mac, MDM).
• Proficient in collaborating with vendors for security solutions.
