Rxilient, a rapidly growing pharmaceutical startup, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to establish, implement, and manage robust IT systems and infrastructure from the ground up. This role emphasizes CRM and finance system implementation, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leading a small IT team of one to ensure seamless operations. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with regional teams and stakeholders across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the IT strategy to align with Rxilient's business objectives, focusing on scalability and adaptability in a startup environment.
Establish IT systems and infrastructure from scratch, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
Lead the implementation of CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, data management, and operational efficiency.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of finance systems, including customization, integration, and user training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure successful system integration and alignment with business needs.
Supervise and mentor one IT team member, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality performance.
Manage and secure IT infrastructure, including cloud-based services, network systems, and cybersecurity measures.
Build strong vendor relationships for system licenses, contracts, and third-party IT solutions.
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to employees to ensure effective use of IT systems and tools.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate IT risks, such as cybersecurity threats and compliance gaps, proactively implementing preventive measures.
Coordinate IT solution implementation across Rxilient's regional markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in IT management, with demonstrated expertise in setting up IT systems and infrastructure from scratch.
Proven track record in CRM and finance system implementation, ideally in a regulated industry like pharmaceuticals.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Fluency in Chinese and English to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and teams across Rxilient's regional markets.
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring small IT teams, with a focus on team member growth and development.
