Job Responsibilities

1. Leading the IT Team, conduct regular performance evaluations of all team managers.
2. Conduct regular training for the entire IT team.
3. Maintain the best relations with our clients.
4. Regularly check our business SOP, amend and improve it if necessary.
5. Recruit the most suitable candidates from overseas, ensuring they have sufficient relevant experience.
6. Promote our business to local hotels and expand our business.
7. Travel overseas to recruit suitable IT candidates and promote our business.
