IT Manager

About the Role

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and AV systems for immersive event spaces.
• Manage end-to-end technology integration for interactive displays, IoT devices, network systems, and AV equipment.
• Able to lead a team of IT specialists, AV technicians, and external vendors to ensure a seamless and high-quality visitor experience.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and operations teams to translate experience concepts into technical requirements.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies (e.g., AR, VR, and projection mapping) to enhance immersive experiences.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability, implementing best practices for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor and optimize technology performance, providing technical support and guidance for event setups and live operations.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, technology procurement, and vendor relationships.

Preferred Attributes:

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and AV technology in experiential or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of IoT, network systems, AR/VR technologies, and content management for interactive installations.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with creative, design, and technical staff.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement scalable solutions, improve user experiences, and troubleshoot efficiently.
