IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain network and system infrastructure, with expertise in Hyper-V, Aruba, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Microsoft 365 & Security: Manage Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Intune, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Compliance & Security: Understand and implement ISO 27001 compliance requirements, ensuring security policies and best practices are followed.
• Operations & Project Management: Lead IT operations and manage projects efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Application & Automation Development: Supervise the development of Power Apps and RPA solutions, ensuring they align with business needs.
• Manage the application team and end-user computing, fostering a collaborative and high-performance IT environment.
• Periodically assess security requirements and ensure timely patching and updates to protect enterprise systems.
• Ensure enterprise security requirements are met across infrastructure and applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and system administration.
• Hands-on expertise in Hyper-V, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Microsoft 365 security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance and IT governance.
• Experience in Power Apps, RPA, and application management.
• Ability to lead IT operations and manage projects under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
