Job description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth for Managed Services offerings, including but not limited to cloud services, IT infrastructure, network solutions, cybersecurity, and application management.

Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities within targeted industry verticals and key accounts.

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders by understanding their business needs and positioning suitable managed services solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them throughout the service lifecycle — from adoption and implementation to optimization and transformation initiatives.

3. Solution Development & Proposal Management

Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop customized managed service solutions that meet client-specific requirements.

Prepare, present, and negotiate persuasive proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts in line with client expectations and company offerings.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments within the managed services landscape.

Provide actionable insights and strategic feedback to internal product development, marketing, and service delivery teams to continuously enhance offerings and positioning.
