Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

The IT Maintenance Engineer will focus on maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, system integrity, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Be Part of Our Success

1. Maintain enterprise Linux (SUSE Linux) and Windows server environments.
2. Ensure system high availability and fault tolerance.
3. Perform regular maintenance, including preventive and corrective tasks.
4. Execute cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities.
5. Use appropriate tools and follow maintenance manuals for task execution.
6. Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.
7. Manage configuration, asset, and change management processes.
8. Report on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed.
9. Document root cause analyses and resolution of technical issues.
10. Manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
11. Work with teams across Divisions to recover faults and perform post-event analysis.
12. Support Department Manager in ensuring recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.

Qualities We Value

1. Knowledge in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent
2. Experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure
3. Good team player and yet able to work independently.
4. Singaporean only
