Support IT Operations Manager to manage day-to-day tasks of SG IT support team and IT KPIs for Singapore.
Co-lead team to support computer users with the operation/repair of computer systems and other technological equipment as well as provide technical assistance by installing, configuring, testing, and upgrading computer software and hardware. Scope includes:
User ID management (ex. Network, email, SAP and Key applications)
Ensure all PCs are protected with Anti-Virus software and updates are carried out
Support users' problems concerning accessing network resources and wireless devices connectivity
Users' internet & Intranet Access related support
Basic network knowledge
Check for any Tape Drive backup regularity and perform daily Server tape backup
Manage warranty and maintenance from 3rd party vendors
Coordinate and assist Regional/Global IT Team
Support Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing
Support Active Directory, GPO, File/Print/DHCP/FTP server
Raise incidents/services through ticketing/service management systems (ex. HPSM or any)
Support IT Operation Manager to ensure IT KPI targets are met.
Responsible for IT projects/initiatives that will support cybersecurity, compliance, or productivity savings either as a team member or team lead (small projects/initiatives)
Support IT Head in managing IT department's budget.
Requirements
ITE/Diploma/Degree with min 2-3 years experience in IT support
Able to communicate with different levels of stakeholders
