IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer/Manager (IT Office/Retail Setup)

About the Mission

You will be joining us (VISEO ASIA); your mission will be to support the implementation and management of IT infrastructure across office and retail environments, ensuring seamless IT operations, scalability, and security across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

IT Office & Retail Setup:

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure setup for new office locations and retail outlets.
• Ensure smooth deployment of IT systems, including networking, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Network Management:

• Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee server infrastructure, cloud services, and on-premise solutions.
• Manage IT asset procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT services and hardware.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to align IT solutions with business goals.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and resolve issues efficiently.
• Establish incident response protocols and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure and network management, preferably in office and retail setups.
• Experience in setting up IT infrastructure for retail chains or multi-site office environments will have added advantages.
