IT Infrastructure Lead (Up to $4500 / West / Cybersecurity / Microsoft)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administer and configure infrastructure systems, applications, and network devices.
2. Ensure automatic backups, manage recovery/disaster plans, and monitor system resources.
3. Liaise with vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
4. Draft and update technical documentation (administration & user guides).
5. Provide technical support to local and overseas users over LAN/WAN while maintaining security.
6. Source products, solutions, and vendors for required projects.
7. Provide L1/L2 support and participate in projects as a team lead or member.
