IT Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead | Microsoft 365 | Up to $6,000 + VB

Location: North Bridge Centre

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities

PC Deployment and Management

• Setting up PCs (email, printer, shared folder connections, etc.), migration tasks.
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for PCs.

Network Infrastructure Maintenance and Operation

• Main devices: Firewalls (FortiGate), switches (NETGEAR), wireless access points (Ruckus).
• Tasks: Maintenance and operation of network infrastructure.

Microsoft 365 Deployment and Management

• Maintenance and operation of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• User account management, access rights settings.
• Cloud services: Configuration of Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
• Device management: Configuration of MDM and MAM using Intune.

Other IT Infrastructure-Related Tasks

• Initial investigation and vendor inquiries for communication lines (internet lines, telephone lines).
• LAN cabling work, initial investigation and vendor inquiries for telephone systems, web conferencing systems, CCTV, door access systems.

Team Management

• Assigning tasks to team members.
• Handling escalations from team members.
• General management tasks such as managing team members' leave.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience in operating Microsoft 365.
• Experience in network operations.
• Experience in team management.
