We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer for our client, a leading global financial firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with the setup and configuration of devices.
Desktop / Laptop / Peripherals / Thin Client / Telephony support including: o Configure - to reflect global builds template. o Decommission, install or add. o Relocate from desk to desk as required. o In line with agreed business service levels.
Hardware and Software Management
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role.
Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a MNC/Financial Sector is highly desirable
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite)
