IT Information System Analyst/Lead (Healthcare Domain) (ID: 668319) - JYOK

You will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that align with the business objectives of a healthcare group. By leveraging emerging technological trends, you will drive operational efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance service delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise (especially in EPIC modules and other IT systems), leadership skills, and strategic vision to lead IT initiatives that support the growth and expansion of Diagnostics' business, enabling the organization to reach its potential client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects related to polyclinic instrument connectivity.
   • Oversee testing processes, ensuring all IT solutions are implemented within the required timelines.
   • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of IT-related projects.
2. Cross-Department Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with various departments, such as Imaging Services and Blood Collection, to implement integrated IT solutions.
   • Manage and support cross-institutional referral workflows and intra- and inter-cluster processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
   • Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT work plans across different functions and ensure efficient collaboration.
3. Technology Evaluation:
   • Continuously evaluate new and emerging technologies, such as AI platforms, to assess their potential impact on Diagnostics operations.
   • Research and recommend new IT solutions that will enhance service capabilities, especially in areas like radiology reporting and other diagnostic services.
4. Change Management:
   • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication across the organization regarding IT system updates or changes.
   • Develop strategies for engaging stakeholders and ensuring user adoption of new IT tools or processes.
5. Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities:
   • Oversee ongoing IT activities, ensuring full compliance with organizational IT policies, including GITO requirements.
   • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and other BAU IT tasks to support operational stability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within IT infrastructure or health diagnostics.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of EPIC modules and other relevant IT systems.
• Experience in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into operational workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly in managing change and driving adoption of new IT solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Business as Usual (BAU) activities, including budgeting, compliance, and resource management.

• Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic IT environments, especially in polyclinic or hospital settings.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with strategic planning and leadership in IT initiatives in previous roles.
