IT Executive / Senior IT Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure software, hardware, and networks.
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
4. Maintain and support essential IT assets (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers).
5. Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
6. Collaborate with vendors to implement and provide technical support for network infrastructure and networking equipment.
7. Provide ongoing user support for current systems and Windows desktops.
8. Assist in preparing IT budget, monitor and manage IT expenses.
9. Travel to various locations to perform setup, upgrading, and maintenance jobs.

The Talent:

1. Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in system/network administration.
3. Well versed with Windows/iOS systems.
4. Required Skills: Network Security, Diagnostic Test, Software Troubleshoot, Hardware Troubleshoot, MS Office, Video Conference.
5. Hands-on experience and able to resolve a wide variety of IT issues.
