IT Executive (IT Security)

As a Regional IT & ISM Executive, your role is to support head office's global IT strategy/direction/services to the group companies and improving each companies' IT and security level.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementing IT services provided by head office to group companies. (M365, group WAN, common EDR, EPP, MDM etc)
• Understand head office's IT services and concepts to support them to access this benefit
• Implementing group IT security measures
• Promoting global project of enhancing network security (review network structure, implement EDR, EPP)
• Improving the level of Information Security Management (ISM) of each company through supporting ISM audit assessment.
• Support and advice the group companies for corrective measures for the findings in the assessments
• Execute Fake Mail Training to the target group companies to analyze and report results to target companies and head office
• Improving quality and security in local IT infrastructure or OA services
• Support IT managers meetings in the APAC region with team and share IT circumstance of each country/company, information/direction from head office
• Create relationship among the group companies IT representatives
• Provide training/instruction of group security technical guidelines, basic IT infrastructure and security knowledges
• ICFR/ITGC internal audit and advisory: Represent head office internal auditor to check companies' business application (SAP) in the area of IR general controls

Your Skills

• Timeline Management, Communication and Problem-solving skills
• Server administration knowledge
• Information Security (Hacking) knowledge
• Fundamental knowledge of IT network and Security (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, VPN etc)
• Basic knowledge of ISM or ITGC for assisting internal audit

Your Profile

• Degree in IT or relevant fields
• 5 years of experiences
• Willing to travel to APAC region for business trip occasionally
