IT Executive (IT Infrastructure | West) - Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

• Position: IT Executive
• Location: Pandan Road
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Transportation/Logistics

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the infrastructure in the organization
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software
• Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues
• Setup and manage firewall
• Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Onedrive, Sharepoint for the Company

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT systems
• Prior experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
