IT Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Executive with 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on new software and technology.
• Oversee IT security measures, including the deployment and upkeep of antivirus solutions across all devices.
• Coordinate with IT suppliers for ongoing maintenance and tracking of software license renewals.
• Diagnose and address issues with network connectivity, including software applications like Microsoft Office, HR, and Accounts software.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Diploma/Degree/Certificates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
